WebTitle: TickPick Nightmare: Can I do anything about this? Original Post: I bought tickets to an NFL game back in July for myself and 3 of my friends that was for this past Sunday. I spent $860 on four tickets bought through TickPick. The way they were supposed to provide the tickets was through a transfer link that would send these to TicketMaster. WebI will never use vivid seats again. I ordered tickets and never got them. When I talked to customer service they were extremely rude and acted like they didn’t care at all and it wasn’t their problem. $60 down the drain. Very frustrating.
