WebJan 11, 2013 · i have a dico thermostat and i notice the screen was flashing which said battery, so i put 3 new batteries in it and the screen still is flashing, i check the breakers, its fine. the a/c and heat will not come on, however the fan will. so theres power there, but because the screen is still flashing, cannot set the temp for the a/c to come on.
