WebJun 8, 2024 · Jun 08 2024 01:33 PM Status shows as busy for all invited meetings Our organization only recently activated the calendar in Teams to sync with Outlook, and since that update, Teams is now showing users as busy whenever they have a meeting in their calendar, whether or not they've joined the meeting or even accepted the invitation. WebDec 14, 2024 · Only the "primary " calendar is used indeed (you can have multiple calendar folders in the same mailbox but few/busy will only reflect the default one). So the only solution is to populate the appointments into the O365 calendar as well. As to how to do it, there are multiple methods.
