I filled the transfer case until it seeped out the fill hole. After a little more research I found a combination in the Dodge NP435 trans and Novak adapter plates that leaves only 14 7/8 between face of bellhousing and face of transfer case. Here is a link.

I backed the bolts out a bit, put some silicone on them and got all of them to stop except one. I tried the same thing a couple times on the leaking bolt but no luck.
